I’ve mentioned before about how much I love my job as a wedding photographer in the Cotswolds, being part of a couple’s wedding day is a truly magical experience and I get to do that every weekend. But what often makes my job even better is when I’m asked to photograph a wedding at a stunning location and Dumbleton Hall, a wedding venue just outside Cheltenham, is the quintessential Cotswolds wedding venue that really has the wow factor.
The hotel is packed full of beautiful ‘function’ rooms, each providing the perfect backdrop for a suite of gorgeous wedding photos. I’ve shot at Dumbleton Hall several times and on each occasion I’m impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their dedication to making sure the big day comes off without incident. You might think that hosting over a hundred weddings a year would make staff indifferent to the magic of any one couple’s wedding day but I really get the feeling that they love what they do and want nothing more than to create lasting memories.
The Cotswolds is full of chocolate box wedding venues and, as a wedding photographer based here, I’ve photographed at many of them. If you’re looking for a wedding venue in the Cotswolds I would recommend taking a tour of Dumbleton Hall, even if it’s just to marvel at the architecture and design.
